This policy explains what information Adaa collects when you shop with us, how it's used, and how it's protected. We keep this simple on purpose — we're a small store, not a data company.

  • To fulfil your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and, if you check out by email, your email address.
  • When you message us: anything you share with us over WhatsApp to place or discuss an order.
  • On this website: the contents of your shopping cart, stored in your browser's local storage so it's there when you come back — this never leaves your device unless you check out.

We do not collect payment card details on this website — all payment is either Cash on Delivery or a direct bank transfer arranged over WhatsApp.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To confirm, process and deliver your order.
  • To contact you about an order — confirming size, address, or delivery updates.
  • To let you know about new edits, only if you've asked to hear from us (for example, by joining our list on the homepage).

3. Who We Share It With

We share only what's needed to get your order to you: your name, phone number and address with our delivery courier. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone else.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember what's in your cart between visits. It doesn't track you across other websites, and no cookies are used for advertising.

5. Data Retention

We keep order details (name, address, phone number, order history) for as long as needed to handle returns, exchanges, or any dispute — generally no more than a couple of years — and then remove it.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (once any open order is complete). Message us on WhatsApp with your request.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to shop with us after a change means you're okay with the update.
