1. About Adaa

Adaa is operated from Lahore, Pakistan, and sells a small, rotating edit of women's jora (outfits), ghari (watches) and gujray (bangles). By placing an order with us — through this website or over WhatsApp — you agree to the terms on this page.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices on this site are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include no hidden charges beyond delivery, which is shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing error before your order is dispatched, and will let you know if a price changes before confirming your order — you're free to cancel at that point with no charge.

Placing an order (through the cart or via WhatsApp) is a request to buy, not a confirmed sale. An order is only confirmed once we've contacted you to verify size, address and availability.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on all orders, nationwide. Please have the exact amount ready where possible. Bank transfer in advance is also accepted if you'd rather skip COD — ask us for details over WhatsApp.

Repeated refusal to accept a confirmed COD order may result in future orders from the same number requiring advance payment.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of confirmation (made-to-order pieces, like the gujray sets, may take slightly longer — this is noted on the product page). Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days depending on your city, via a trusted courier partner. A tracking ID is shared once your parcel is booked.

Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 4,999; a flat Rs. 200 delivery charge applies below that, shown in your cart before checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If a piece doesn't fit or arrives different from what was ordered, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

  • Stitched jora and kurtis: exchange for a different size, subject to availability.
  • Ghari (watches): eligible for exchange if a manufacturing fault is reported within 7 days.
  • Gujray (bangle sets): made to order, so these are exchangeable only for a genuine sizing error on our part, not a change of mind.

To start a return or exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a photo of the piece. Return delivery costs are covered by us only when the issue is on our end (wrong item, manufacturing fault); otherwise the return delivery charge is the customer's responsibility.

6. Product Accuracy

We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including fabric, sizing and any known variation between screen colour and true colour. Because pieces are photographed and lit differently across devices, slight colour variation is normal and is not grounds for a return on its own.

7. Limitation of Liability

Adaa is a small operation and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a delayed delivery, courier error, or similar circumstance outside our reasonable control. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be handled directly with us over WhatsApp — most sizing or delivery issues are resolved this way within a day or two.
